Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Stellar Data Entry is a growing company providing Data Entry, Lead Generation, Virtual Assistance, Staffing, SEO, and Digital Support Services to clients across the globe. We are looking for a driven and confident Business Development Executive to join our team and help expand our international client base.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach, and other channels
- Identify and connect with potential international clients
- Handle client communication through emails and calls
- Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Build long-term relationships and contribute to business growth
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation
- Experience working with a digital marketing, IT, staffing, or data entry agency is preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, and cold outreach techniques
- Comfortable working with international clients and monthly targets
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow
