Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Adoption Strategist, based in Hyderabad with the flexibility for partial remote work. The AI Adoption Strategist will engage with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, develop strategic roadmaps, and oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of AI solutions. Responsibilities include facilitating business process automation, crafting AI readiness assessments, collaborating with technical teams on deployment, and managing change strategies for successful adoption. The role involves frequent collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience with AI Strategy Development, Business Process Automation, and Change Management
- Proficiency in Machine Learning, Generative AI Integration, and Predictive Analytics
- Strong skills in Stakeholder Engagement, Requirements Gathering, and Roadmap Development
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage project implementations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate technical concepts into business terms
- Prior experience in consulting, management, or technology strategy is advantageous
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in AI tools and platforms, as well as familiarity with regulatory and ethical considerations in AI adoption, is a plus
