About Pipplr
Pipplr.com is India’s new-age referral and sales team management platform.
We help businesses grow by enabling QR-based referral systems, offline sales tracking, and commission automation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard businesses into Pipplr (Edu, Travel, Local, D2C)
- Conduct daily outreach (calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
- Book demos, explain platform value, and drive conversions
- Follow up consistently and update CRM
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
What We’re Looking For:
- 0–3 years of sales/BD experience (freshers with strong interest welcome)
- Excellent communication & follow-up skills
- Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented
- Malayalam proficiency is a plus
Compensation:
- Fixed salary + Performance-based commission
