- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents through phone, email, or in-person meetings, ensuring prompt and helpful communication.
- Guide applicants throughout the admission process, from initial contact to final enrollment.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding available courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and fee structures.
- Support the organization of admission events, such as campaigns, open houses, and outreach programs to schools or colleges.
- Maintain and regularly update student records and admission-related databases for smooth operations.
- Coordinate with academic departments to schedule and facilitate interviews, entrance tests, or counseling sessions.
- Follow up consistently with prospective leads to ensure timely updates and increase conversion rates.
- Prepare necessary reports and documentation, including admission statistics, lead conversion records, and process evaluations.
