Key Roles & Responsibilities
· Coordinate with Sales Executives, Sales Managers, and the Sales Head to ensure seamless sales operations.
· Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), sales orders, and other sales documentation.
· Follow up on order processing, production status, dispatch, and deliveries.
· Maintain customer records, sales reports, and MIS.
· Track pending orders, payments, and customer follow-ups.
· Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure excellent customer service.
· Assist in achieving sales targets through effective coordination and communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or order management (experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry is preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and ERP/CRM software.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
