Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Project Coordinator based in Mumbai to manage and coordinate warehouse storage and racking projects across Western India and PAN India locations.
This is a remote working position, where the candidate will work from Mumbai and coordinate project activities remotely. The candidate must be willing to travel to project sites whenever required and visit the Pune Head Office for meetings, training, project reviews, or operational requirements.
Candidates with experience in Industrial Storage Systems, Warehouse Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Site Coordination, Interior Fit-Outs, or Industrial Project Execution will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate execution of warehouse racking and storage system projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, site teams, vendors, transporters, and internal departments.
- Follow up with clients regarding site readiness, project schedules, and installation plans.
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, dispatch, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Track material dispatches, deliveries, and installation progress.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and subcontractors for seamless execution.
- Maintain project MIS reports, trackers, and project documentation.
- Handle project closure activities, WCC collection, site handover documentation, and billing coordination.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and internal teams to resolve project-related issues.
- Visit project sites across India whenever required.
- Visit the Pune Head Office whenever required for project meetings, reviews, training, or business requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in any of the following:
- Industrial Storage & Racking Industry
- Warehouse Infrastructure Projects
- Manufacturing Operations
- Fabrication Industry
- Site Coordination
- Project Execution
- Logistics & Warehouse Operations
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and project tracking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, project trackers, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
- Must be based in Mumbai or nearby areas.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
