Job Summary
The IT Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, hardware, software, network systems, and information security. The role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations across all branches while providing technical support to employees and maintaining the security of client and company data.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure Management
- Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, routers, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain network connectivity across all branches.
- Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and system availability.

10. Employee Onboarding & Exit Support
- Configure laptops, desktops, email accounts, CRM access, and system credentials for new employees.
- Disable user accounts and recover IT assets during employee separation.
- Ensure complete IT clearance during Full & Final Settlement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- IT support tickets resolved within SLA.
- System uptime (%).
- Network availability.
- IT asset accuracy.
- User satisfaction score.
- Data backup success rate.
- Number of cybersecurity incidents.
- Software license compliance.
- IT audit compliance.
- New employee IT setup completed before Date of Joining.

- Ensure uninterrupted IT operations.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Relevant IT certifications are an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–12 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Network Administration.
- Experience in service, immigration, or consultancy industries is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
