Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing engaging thumbnails, editing photos, creating social media creatives and supporting short-form video/reel content with visually appealing designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design attractive and high-converting YouTube/video thumbnails
- Edit and retouch photos for social media, marketing and promotional use
- Create creatives for reels, short-form videos and social media content
- Design banners, posters, posts and other digital marketing materials
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all designs
- Deliver creative assets within deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media styles
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools
- Basic understanding of reel/video creative formats and social media trends
- Good sense of color combinations, typography and layout design
- Knowledge of photo editing and image enhancement
- Creativity, attention to detail and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant graphic design experience
- Portfolio showcasing thumbnails, social media creatives, reels, and photo editing work
- Basic understanding of digital content and branding
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
