We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store Stock Manager / Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory, warehouse operations, and stock movement. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, experience in inventory management, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse and store operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
- Plan and monitor stock movement between warehouse and retail stores.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and physical inventory verification.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams.
- Ensure timely dispatch of goods and proper documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment when required.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Minimize inventory loss, damages, and stock discrepancies.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily operational tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or store management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Software (Odoo, SAP, Zoho, or similar).
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
Pay: ₹9,055.58 - ₹31,333.26 per month
