Job Title: EXIM Associate or Export Documentation Executive
Role Objective
The EXIM Associate will be responsible for handling export-import documentation, coordinating domestic and international shipments, tracking dispatches, and ensuring timely and compliant movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify export/import documents including Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, and Bill of Entry.
- Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and suppliers for smooth shipment execution.
- Plan, monitor, and track domestic and international shipments, including ETD/ETA updates.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Project, and Accounts teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Collect and compare freight quotations to support cost-effective logistics planning.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, dispatch trackers, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, EXIM procedures, and company policies.
- Resolve shipment and documentation issues, escalate critical concerns, and provide regular status reports.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in EXIM, Shipping, Logistics, or Dispatch Operations.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
