Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to promote and sell cattle feed products in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer networks, generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dealers, distributors, and farmers regularly to promote company products.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and farmer meetings.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Plan and execute sales activities in the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in Cattle Feed, Animal Nutrition, Agri-inputs, FMCG, or related industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving license and own two-wheeler preferred.
- Knowledge of local market and dealer network will be an advantage.
