Job Description
We are looking for a Merchandiser / Production & Procurement Coordinator – Mens Wear Garments who will oversee the complete product cycle for menswear categories, including T-shirts, polos, shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, trousers, and other apparel products. This role requires close coordination with vendors, suppliers, and factory teams to ensure timely production, quality control, and smooth procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and factory teams for fabric sourcing, trims, sampling, and production timelines.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely execution and on-time deliveries.
- Manage procurement of fabrics, trims, packaging materials, and accessories required for garment manufacturing.
- Oversee quality checks, production documentation, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain inventory records and production tracking for ongoing and upcoming garment programs.
- Support design and product development teams with sample approvals, costing inputs, and product specifications.
- Analyze stock flow and assist in production planning based on sales forecasts and market demand.
- Follow up on order status, material availability, and production progress to minimize delays.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery schedules.
Key Requirements
- Experience in garment manufacturing, merchandising, production coordination, or apparel sourcing preferred.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, T&A (Time & Action) tracking, and ERP systems.
- Good understanding of garment fabrics, trims, washing, printing, embroidery, and production processes.
- Ability to manage multiple styles and production timelines simultaneously.

- Ability to manage end-to-end merchandising and production activities for menswear garments.
- Proactive approach towards planning, problem-solving, and meeting delivery commitments.
- Strong coordination skills with vendors, factories, and internal departments.
- Process-driven, dependable, and capable of independently managing production follow-ups.
- Educational Qualification (Preferred): Bachelor's degree or diploma in Textile Management, Fashion Technology, Production Management, or Supply Chain Management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
