Job Responsibilities
Office Administration
Manage front desk and visitor coordination
Guide candidates during interviews and coordinate interview scheduling
Handle incoming calls, couriers, and office communication
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Employee Onboarding & Asset Management
Prepare workstations, seating arrangements, and welcome kits for new employees
Coordinate laptop, mobile phone, SIM card, accessories, and asset handovers
Maintain employee asset records and inventory tracking
Coordinate with IT vendors/service providers for system setup and troubleshooting support
Office Supplies & Facility Management
Manage pantry, stationery, washroom supplies, and other office inventory
Coordinate office repairs, maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor support
Ensure office cleanliness and workplace readiness
Monitor stock levels and place office supply requirements when needed
General Administration
Support HR and operations team with administrative tasks
Handle ad-hoc office coordination and operational support tasks
Maintain records, bills, invoices, and office documentation
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in administration, front office, or office coordination
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
Responsible, organized, and proactive approach
Professional attitude and presentable personality
Preferred Skills
Experience in asset handling or inventory management
Vendor coordination experience
Ability to independently manage office operations
