Job Purpose
To manage and control end-to-end Production Planning & Control activities for charger and adapter manufacturing, ensuring on-time production, optimum material availability, controlled inventory, efficient utilization of manpower and machines, and timely dispatch of finished goods.
The role will coordinate closely with Sales, Purchase, Stores, Production, Quality, Engineering, Testing and Dispatch to ensure uninterrupted production and achievement of customer delivery commitments.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily/weekly/monthly production as per customer orders.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials through coordination with Purchase & Stores.
- Monitor production vs. plan, WIP, inventory and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Sales teams.
- Prepare PPC/MIS reports and track production targets.
- Identify material shortages, production bottlenecks and take corrective action.
- Maintain optimum inventory and ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle ERP/MRP and MS Excel for planning and reporting.
Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years of experience in PPC/Production Planning, preferably in charger, adapter, SMPS or electronics manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of BOM, MRP, inventory and production scheduling.
- Strong Excel/ERP skills and good coordination/follow-up ability.
- Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working in an SME manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
