Profile: Site Manager-ZLD-Surat-4.8 LPA
Experience:
Minimum
5 years of relevant site execution/project management experience (Mandatory). Experience in industrial projects involving pumps, vacuum systems, process equipment, or related engineering industries will be preferred. Roles:
Manage and supervise project sites across PAN India. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and quality. Ensure work execution is carried out as per approved engineering designs and drawings. Coordinate effectively with vendors, clients, and the internal Projects Department. Assess site requirements related to equipment, materials, and manpower for timely project completion. Monitor availability and utilization of manpower at site and identify additional requirements. Report site progress, challenges, and resource requirements to the reporting manager and Projects Department. Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Resolve site-level coordination issues with clients, contractors, and vendors. Maintain proper documentation and submit regular site progress reports. Qualification:
Bachelor//'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering. (Mandatory) Strong knowledge of
Pumps, NEE, and NVR systems. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and approved designs. Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India.
