Responsibilities
Supervise front office staff including receptionists, guest relation executives, and bell desk team.
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out of guests.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor room reservations and occupancy status.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
Maintain guest records and billing accuracy.
Train and guide front office employees.
Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules.
Ensure proper grooming and discipline of staff.
Monitor cash handling and daily reports.
Maintain hospitality standards and customer satisfaction.
Support sales and upselling activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
