Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through site visits, referrals, calls, digital platforms, and networking
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and channel partners
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into bookings
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and promotions
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals professionally
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activity
- Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
