Job Description
Glickman Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Banking & Home Loan Executive who has strong knowledge of banking products and practical experience in Home Loans / Mortgage Loans.
The candidate will be responsible for handling customers interested in home loans, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, and managing the complete loan process from enquiry to disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Home Loan and Mortgage Loan enquiries.
- Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs and financial institutions.
- Collect and verify customer KYC and financial documents.
- Coordinate with customers and bank officials throughout the loan process.
- Follow up on loan applications, approvals, sanctions and disbursements.
- Maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
- Generate and manage home-loan leads.
- Explain interest rates, eligibility, tenure, EMI and basic loan terms to customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up until loan disbursement.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Banking / Home Loans / Mortgage Loans is required.
- Strong practical knowledge of the Home Loan process.
- Good understanding of bank and NBFC loan procedures.
- Experience dealing with bank officials and customers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of KYC, income documents, eligibility and loan documentation.
- Candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Home Loan Sales / Loan Processing / DSA / Banking Sales are highly preferred.
