We are seeking a passionate and experienced Freelance OET / IELTS Trainer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in India who can deliver engaging online classes to healthcare professionals and other English language learners preparing for OET and IELTS examinations.
The ideal candidate will be a fluent English speaker, preferably with a recognised English language teaching qualification such as CELTA or TESOL, and practical experience teaching OET. Candidates with an OET Knowledge Badge will be given preference.
This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to transition into a full-time permanent position based on performance, student feedback, and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live online OET and/or IELTS classes to individuals and groups.
- Teach all four language skills: Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalised coaching to students.
- Assess student performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct mock tests, speaking role-plays, and writing evaluations.
- Maintain accurate attendance and progress records.
- Participate in teacher training sessions and academic meetings when required.
- Support students in achieving their target scores within set timelines.
