About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Study Abroad Counsellor to join our Calicut office. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in study abroad counselling and a passion for guiding students in achieving their overseas education goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide students on study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, admission procedures, and visa processes.
- Assess student profiles and provide personalized counselling based on academic background and career aspirations.
- Handle the end-to-end counselling process: inquiry, application, admission, and visa assistance.
- Stay updated with international universities, admission timelines, scholarships, and visa requirements.
- Achieve enrolment and conversion targets.
- Manage and follow up with student leads effectively using CRM software.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and university partners.
- Support and mentor junior counsellors when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in study abroad counselling (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Strong knowledge of popular destinations: UK, Canada, Australia, USA, and Europe.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
