- Oversee daily front desk operations.
- Manage and train front desk staff.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
- Manage reservations and room assignments.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and billing.
- Monitor front desk supplies and inventory.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
