Role Overview & SummaryPosition Title: UAV Hardware and Network Engineer (Avionics & Communications)Job Summary: Design, integrate, and validate onboard drone electronic hardware, secure wireless data links, and robust ground-to-air network configurations for autonomous aerial platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesHardware Development: Design multi-layer PCBs, flight controller interfaces, power management units, and sensor integration boards optimized for low weight and power efficiency.
Avionics & Component Integration: Integrate IMUs, GNSS/RTK modules, electronic speed controllers (ESCs), payloads, and onboard computers.Network & RF Communications: Configure and test wireless telemetry, Wi-Fi/4G/5G data links, and Software-Defined Radio (SDR) networks between the UAV and ground control station (GCS).Testing & Validation: Execute hardware debugging, environmental tests, EMI/EMC compliance checks, and field flight trials.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace, or Information
Technology.Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in embedded hardware design or aerospace/robotics networking will be preffered. Technical
Skills: Proficiency in schematic capture/PCB tools (Altium, KiCad), C/C++ for basic driver/firmware verification, TCP/IP protocols, RF modules, and oscilloscope/logic analyzer troubleshooting.Familiarity: Working knowledge of open-source autopilot ecosystems (PX4 or ArduPilot).
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,056.25 per month
