About the Role
Digittrix Infotech Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager – IT Services to expand our global client base and drive revenue growth. If you have experience in international B2B sales, IT services, and client acquisition, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold emailing, referrals, and networking.
- Identify, qualify, and convert international leads into long-term clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and other international markets.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
- Work closely with technical and project teams to deliver the best solutions to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Track sales performance and maintain CRM records.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in IT Services Sales or International Business Development.
- Strong understanding of web development, mobile app development, custom software, AI, or digital solutions.
- Experience in B2B sales and international client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
