We are looking for a motivated NPD Executive/Officer with 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry to support the development and launch of new pharmaceutical products. The candidate will coordinate with R&D, QA, QC, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and other departments to ensure timely product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle new product development activities from concept to commercialization.
- Conduct product research and feasibility studies based on market requirements.
- Coordinate with R&D, QA, QC, Production, Regulatory, and Packaging teams.
- Prepare and maintain NPD-related documents, development reports, and records.
- Assist in formulation development, trials, and optimization.
- Coordinate for preparation and review of product specifications, formulations, and manufacturing processes.
- Support stability studies, trial batches, scale-up, and validation activities.
- Monitor development timelines and ensure products are developed within the agreed schedule.
- Coordinate with vendors for API, excipients, packaging materials, and other development requirements.
- Support preparation/review of product dossiers, specifications, and technical documents.
- Identify and resolve development-related issues in coordination with concerned departments.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow company SOPs.
Required Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc or relevant pharmaceutical qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in NPD / Formulation Development / R&D in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical formulations and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of GMP, documentation, stability studies, and product development.
- Good coordination, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel is preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in pharmaceutical formulation development/NPD.
- Exposure to tablets, capsules, oral liquids, dry syrups, ointments, or other dosage forms will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can coordinate effectively with multiple departments and manage development timelines will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
