Job Title: Production Manager
Experience: 3 - 6 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily production as per orders
- Ensure smooth production process and timely delivery
- Maintain quality standards and food safety (HACCP, FSSAI)
- Handle production team (operators, workers, supervisors)
- Monitor production efficiency, wastage, and cost control
- Coordinate with maintenance for machine operations
- Manage raw material and stock for production
- Prepare production reports and improve processes
