Key Responsibilities
Strategy
- Working with the other Strategy & Transformation, Global Finance Service function managers to ensure proper running of the center and support for the Head, R2P & S2P in ensuring a high level of support and service for the countries/businesses served.
Business
- Upholding the Values of the Group and Company at all time
Processes
- Processing and Decision making as per the Departmental Operating Instructions manual and within the timeliness and accuracy standards specified
People & Talent
- Managing the Senior Managers, Managers, Associate Managers, Team Leaders and exercising the human resources skills and techniques necessary to attract and retain key Accounts Payable, R2P, finance professionals in these roles
Risk Management
- Compliance with all applicable Rules/ Regulations and Company and Group Policies. Comply with Group Money Laundering Prevention Policy and Procedures to the extent applicable and Reporting all suspicious Transactions to the Line Manager
Governance
- Ensuring the maintenance and ongoing development of effective systems and procedures in S2P and R2P for the timely collection of data from all accounting sites and their collation and submission to various recipients
