We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Civil Project Manager to plan, execute, and oversee civil construction projects from inception to completion. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, resource management, quality control, cost management, safety, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and execute civil construction projects according to approved drawings, specifications, budgets, and schedules.
* Take overall responsibility for project progress, quality, cost, and timely completion.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
* Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other project staff.
* Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources required for project execution.
* Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings and engineering standards.
* Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
* Maintain proper project documentation, records, and reports.
* Ensure proper handover and completion of projects within the agreed timeline and budget.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and project management.
* Excellent knowledge of project planning and scheduling.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
* Strong leadership and team-management skills.
* Good knowledge of construction materials, estimation, and quantity surveying.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Candidates
* B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
* 8–15 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project management.
* Experience handling large-scale residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
* Proven experience in managing multiple teams and contractors.
* Strong ability to handle projects independently from planning through completion.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
