About the Initiative
We are building India’s first integrated Cyber-Physical Industrial Intelligence Summit — a national-scale convergence platform where Deep Tech, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Industrial IoT, Robotics, and Automation intersect.
The summit aims to accelerate India’s next industrial revolution by bringing together industry leaders, innovators, policymakers, and technology pioneers to strengthen and secure the nation’s digital and industrial infrastructure.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to support outreach, client engagement, onboarding, and event execution activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure in large-scale tech event marketing and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in client onboarding and coordination calls with partners, speakers, and stakeholders
- Support lead generation and outreach activities via email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Coordinate with internal teams for event planning and execution support
- Help manage speaker and partner communication pipelines
- Maintain and update CRM/data records of clients and leads
- Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities for the summit
- Support in day-to-day event management operations before and during the summit
- Follow up with clients and ensure timely responses and confirmations
Who Can Apply
- Students or freshers interested in marketing, events, business development, or communications
- Strong communication skills (English required; Hindi is a plus)
- Comfortable with calling and professional client interaction
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Passion for tech, events, or startup ecosystem is a plus
