We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Technician to handle customer support and vehicle service activities in our two-wheeler showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customer vehicle service complaints and requirements
- Perform basic inspection, servicing, and repair of two-wheelers
- Explain service status and maintenance details to customers
- Coordinate with the service team for timely vehicle delivery
- Maintain service records and customer feedback
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proper service support
- Support showroom service operations when required
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and maintenance
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to identify basic technical issues
- Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any Relevant Qualification
Experience: 0–3 Years
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
