Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT services sales, with strong skills in lead generation, client communication, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT service solutions
- Schedule meetings, present company services, and convert leads into clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding
Requirements:
- Experience in IT services sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven with good follow-up and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage sales pipeline
Preferred (Optional):
- Experience selling Website Development, Web Applications, SEO, Digital Marketing, or Branding services
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms
