We’re Hiring: Senior Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of our digital growth, lead generation, and brand positioning. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands performance marketing, strategy, and how to drive real business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across Google, Meta, and lead generation platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, etc.)
Optimize product listings and campaigns for maximum visibility, lead generation, and conversions
Define and implement content and creative strategy for campaigns, offers, and brand communication
Oversee development of creatives including posters, ads, videos, and reels, ensuring consistency and performance
Drive SEO and website optimization, including landing pages and local search visibility
Monitor and improve online reputation and reviews across platforms
Lead and manage internal team / agencies, ensuring timely execution and performance
Collaborate closely with sales team to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes
Design and optimize lead generation funnels and improve overall marketing efficiency
Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and market trends to drive business expansion
Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize strategies for better results
Requirements:
✔1–2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
✔Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
✔Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing
✔ Strong understanding of SEO, website optimization, and conversion funnels
✔Experience in managing marketing budgets (₹2L+ monthly preferred)
✔Leadership skills with experience handling teams or agencies
✔Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking
