Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support the maintenance and smooth functioning of electrical systems and equipment within the organization. The candidate will assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities, ensure minimal downtime, and maintain compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and support in resolving equipment breakdowns.
- Monitor electrical panels, motors, wiring, lighting systems, and other electrical equipment.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Support installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Help in reducing machine downtime through timely maintenance.
- Attend emergency electrical repairs whenever required.
- Maintain proper housekeeping in electrical rooms and work areas.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Candidates with 2–4 years of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical maintenance and industrial equipment.
- Understanding of electrical drawings and circuits.
- Familiarity with safety practices and maintenance procedures.
