We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to lead the operations of our growing dermatology and aesthetic clinic. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who can seamlessly balance clinic operations, sales performance, team leadership, and exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
* Drive clinic revenue and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase treatment conversions and service uptake
* Monitor key performance metrics including revenue, profitability, conversion rates, and patient acquisition
* Identify growth opportunities through business development, referrals, and patient retention initiatives
* Prepare regular performance reports and business insights for management
Clinic Operations Management
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and clinic protocols
* Optimize appointment scheduling, patient flow, and resource utilization
* Manage inventory, procurement, and equipment maintenance
* Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
Patient Experience & Retention
* Deliver an exceptional patient experience across all touchpoints
* Manage patient feedback, concerns, and escalations effectively
* Implement patient retention and loyalty programs
* Monitor satisfaction scores, repeat visits, referrals, and retention metrics
* Build long-term relationships that foster trust and engagement
Team Leadership & Development
* Lead and inspire front-office, sales, and clinic support teams
* Set performance goals and monitor KPIs
* Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions
* Identify training needs and support continuous professional development
* Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance work culture
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience managing a dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetic, wellness, or healthcare clinic
Proven track record of achieving revenue and sales targets
Strong understanding of clinic operations and patient management
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and financial management capabilities
Proficiency in CRM systems, clinic management software, and Microsoft Office
Preferred Experience
* Dermatology, aesthetic medicine, cosmetic clinics, or wellness centers
* Business development and customer relationship management
* Data-driven decision making and growth strategy implementation
* Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
