Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate BBA Faculty – Technology for Business to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of business technology, digital tools, and emerging technologies relevant to management education, along with the ability to effectively engage and mentor undergraduate students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and industry-relevant lectures for BBA students on Technology for Business.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, case studies, and other academic materials.
- Explain business applications of technology, digital transformation, business analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Conduct assessments, examinations, and student evaluations.
- Mentor students and provide academic guidance and support.
- Incorporate practical examples, case studies, and current industry trends into classroom teaching.
- Participate in academic activities, faculty meetings, workshops, and institutional events.
- Maintain academic records and ensure timely completion of the prescribed syllabus.
Educational Qualification
- MBA in IT Systems / Business Analytics or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with relevant postgraduate qualifications and strong expertise in business technology may also be considered.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in BBA/UG management education.
- Strong subject knowledge in Technology for Business, Business Analytics, IT Systems, and Digital Transformation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to use technology and digital tools effectively in teaching.
- Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and academic development.
