Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals in the Pharma and Nutraceutical segment. The role involves generating leads, scheduling appointments, maintaining follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate and qualify leads for Pharma and Nutraceutical products/services.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with prospective clients.
- Follow up with existing and new leads regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, discussions, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Address basic product-related queries and share relevant information with prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handovers and appointment updates.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in Pharma, Nutraceutical, Healthcare, or Clinic coordination.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport over calls.
- Target-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
- Professional and positive attitude.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in telecalling for Pharma companies, Nutraceutical brands, Clinics, Hospitals, or Diagnostic Centers.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and doctor engagement will be an added advantage.
Working Days & Timings
- 6 Days Working
- Shift Timing: 9 Hours shift
