Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement the company’s CSR strategy.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as government bodies, non-profits, local communities, and other CSR-related organizations.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders (e.g., employees, management, etc.) to foster a culture of responsibility within the organization.
- Plan, execute, and oversee CSR initiatives, which may include sustainability projects, philanthropy, volunteering programs, environmental conservation efforts, and educational support.
- Ensure that programs are aligned with the organization’s objectives and deliver measurable impact.
- Track and report the progress of CSR projects and initiatives, measuring their effectiveness and impact on the community, the environment, and the business.
Employee Engagement and Volunteering:
- Encourage and facilitate employee participation in CSR activities (e.g., volunteering, donation drives, and environmental initiatives).
- Organize internal CSR events or awareness campaigns to engage employees in the company’s social responsibility efforts.
- Promote the company’s CSR activities through various channels, including social media, annual reports, press releases, and company websites.
