We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Inbound Voice Process supporting customers with billing-related queries. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer billing concerns and service-related queries.
- Explain billing cycles, due dates, recurring charges, taxes, surcharges, and AutoPay.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12 months of International Inbound Voice BPO experience.
- Minimum qualification: HSC (10+2) or Undergraduate.
- Good understanding of: Billing cycles, Recurring bills, Prorated charges, AutoPay, Service charges & taxes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts.
- Customer-focused with strong logical thinking and ownership mindset.
