We are now looking to meet experienced senior professionals who can help us develop a new business vertical, expand an existing service, enter a new market, or build a commercially viable venture using their industry knowledge and professional network.
About the Opportunity
This is not a narrowly defined departmental position.
We are interested in experienced professionals from different industries who understand a particular market, recognise commercial opportunities, and believe they can build or lead a profitable business vertical.
The selected professional may join Atomiq as a Business Head, senior employee, consultant, profit-sharing leader, or strategic partner. The final position and compensation structure will be determined after evaluating the candidate’s experience and proposed business opportunity.
Atomiq may provide company infrastructure, management support, marketing capabilities, operational resources, and investment support for commercially viable opportunities.
What You May Be Asked to Do
- Identify a viable business opportunity or new service vertical.
- Prepare a practical business proposal and market-entry plan.
- Explain the target customers, competition, pricing and revenue model.
- Use your professional experience and network to develop business.
- Build relationships with customers, suppliers and strategic partners.
- Establish the required processes, team and operational structure.
- Lead the new business vertical and take responsibility for its performance.
- Work directly with Atomiq’s founder and management team.
- Develop measurable revenue and profitability targets.

We are open to professionals from business development, operations, procurement, HR, management consulting, sales, marketing, logistics, maritime services, education, quality systems, real estate, technology, professional services and other commercially promising industries.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong knowledge of a particular industry, market or business function.
- The ability to identify and convert commercial opportunities.
- A useful network of potential customers, partners, suppliers or industry contacts.
- The confidence to independently lead a business vertical.
- The ability to prepare and present a practical business plan.
- A commercially responsible and entrepreneurial mindset.
Engagement and Compensation
The association could be structured as:
- Fixed salary plus performance incentives
- Consulting or advisory arrangement
- Revenue-sharing or profit-sharing arrangement
- Business-head appointment
- Joint venture or strategic partnership
- Another mutually suitable commercial arrangement
