Premium FMCG snack company, looking for a SALES PERSON to cover the area of PANIPAT + ENTIRE GT BELT
Compensation structured as follows:
- BASE: 20,000 INR/-
- INCENTIVE: From 500 INR /- TO 5000 INR/- on distributor/retailer closing based on order volume closed, margins closed, and overall profitability.
- QUARTERLY/ANNUAL BONUS: On Sales performance/profitability of sales
- REIMBURSMENTS: Food and Travel
REQUIREMENTS:
- Verifiable experience in sales, preferred in FMCG sector/Food
- Based in Panipat or outskirts/nearby
- Existing relationships with retailers/distributors
- Self-independent, and reactive, in the management of the area (enquiries, issues, payment collection etc.)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Onboarding new retailers/distributors for the assigned area.
- Sales cycles management (onboarding, sampling, order creation and delivery, budgeting, performance management, problem solving).
- Market research and feedback collection.
- Potential to grow as sales head, expansion to new area (with increased base salary)
HOW TO PROCEED:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
