Oversee the creative quality and consistency of all design deliverables.

Guide and mentor Visualisers, Designers, and junior creative team members.

Ensure brand guidelines and creative standards are maintained across all touchpoints.

Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to internal teams and clients when required.

Collaborate with Client Servicing, Strategy, Digital, and Production teams to ensure seamless execution.

Stay updated on design trends, emerging formats, and industry best practices.

8–10 years of experience in an advertising, branding, or integrated marketing agency.

Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-led creative work across multiple media.

Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and art direction skills.

Excellent understanding of branding, typography, layout, colour, and design principles.

Ability to convert business objectives into engaging creative solutions.
