We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Fresher Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building relationships, and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across various industries.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, social media, and online platforms.
- Make outbound calls and conduct initial client outreach.
- Schedule meetings and presentations for senior sales team members.
- Maintain and update CRM and lead databases.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture client relationships.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with digital marketing and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and internet research.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in sales and business development.
