Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, online research, and cold calling.
- Track follow-ups, client interactions, and meeting schedules.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and prepare regular reports on lead status and pipeline activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage customer information efficiently.
- Support client engagement activities and maintain organized communication records.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM software (preferred).
- Good attention to detail and data management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
