We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Prosthodontist to join our prestigious multispeciality dental clinic in Chandigarh/Mohali. Our clinic caters to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and offers a comprehensive range of dental services in a luxurious environment. Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Expertise:
- Diagnose and treat patients requiring prosthodontic care, including full and partial dentures, dental implants, crowns, bridges, and cosmetic restorations.
- Collaborate with other dental specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
- Utilize advanced dental technologies and techniques, ensuring high-quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Patient Care:
- Conduct thorough consultations and evaluations to assess patients’ dental health and prosthodontic needs.
- Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and post-operative care, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable.
- Build long-term relationships with patients, providing follow-up care and addressing any concerns.
- Practice Management:
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in prosthodontics and incorporate innovative practices into the clinic.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior dental staff and dental interns.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share knowledge, and improve clinic operations.
- Build a strong rapport with patients, ensuring their comfort and trust throughout the treatment process.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Masters of Dental Surgery (MDS) from an accredited institution.
- Postgraduate specialization in Prosthodontics from a recognized institution.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5-15 years of clinical experience in prosthodontics, preferably in a luxury or high-end practice.
- Proven track record of successful prosthodontic treatments and a portfolio of previous work.
- Skills:
- Exceptional clinical skills in restorative dentistry and advanced prosthodontics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
- Proficient in using dental software and technology, including CAD/CAM systems and digital imaging.
