CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Overview
Responsible for handling customer coordination, order processing, sample management, documentation, and support activities to ensure smooth communication and timely service to customers.
Scope of Work
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, dispatches, and routine inquiries
- Receive and process sample requests from customers and sales team
- Coordinate sample dispatch and maintain sample tracking records
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate records in the system
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and other customer-related documents
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution
- Handle customer follow-ups for deliveries, pending orders, and payment status
- Maintain customer database and update records regularly
- Prepare basic MIS reports and customer service reports
- Ensure timely response to customer emails and calls
- Support management with documentation and operational coordination
- Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Troubleshooting & suggestive actions, in coordination with reporting manager
Experience
0–2 years in customer service, sales coordination, or operations support
Industry
Chemical Manufacturing / Industrial Products (preferred)
Qualifications
B.Com / BBA / B.Sc (Chemistry) or similar qualification
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
