Core Responsibilities
1. Technical Site Supervision & Execution
- Full ownership of day-to-day site activities, ensuring construction strictly follows 2D structural drawings and our standards
- Direct supervision of all sub-contractors (Masonry, Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry) to ensure work is "Right the First Time."
- Managing the construction timeline to ensure milestones are met without compromising structural integrity.
- Identifying and rectifying any deviations from the architectural plan immediately.
