Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Google, email, and phone calls.
- Identify builders, developers, industries, architects, corporate clients, and government opportunities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and company profiles.
- Coordinate client meetings and maintain follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM/database of prospective clients.
- Support digital marketing activities including LinkedIn, Instagram, and website updates.
- Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends.
- Assist in tender identification and business development activities.
- Help organize networking events and exhibitions.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and marketing performance reports
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed MBA (Marketing), BBA, BMS, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Confident in speaking with clients over phone and email.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Interest in architecture, construction, and real estate is preferred.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
