- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, orders, and service requests.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams for order execution.
- Follow up with customers on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and feedback.
- Maintain customer records, order status, and communication logs.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with concerned departments.
- Prepare and share order status reports, dispatch updates, and MIS reports.
- Support sales and business development teams in customer communication.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt response and professional service.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial automation products.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage priorities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
