Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with inbound and outbound leads.
- Qualify prospects and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Explain company services, pricing, and offers to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead closure.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Customer Support Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries and concerns through calls, emails, and chat.
- Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Maintain complete records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Sales, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of lead management and sales funnel processes.
- Basic reporting and MIS preparation.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and email communication.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
