Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for engaging with clients over calls, understanding their requirements, and converting them into successful sales. The role also includes coordinating meetings for the BDM/BDE team and supporting overall sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- To engage with clients over calls, understand their inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions.
- To explain and present Workshops, Foundation Programs, and Transformation Programs effectively.
- To convert leads into successful sales through strong communication and follow-ups.
- To handle objections and close deals confidently.
- To ensure that after explaining all details to the client, meetings are scheduled with the BDM/BDE for further discussion and closure.
- To schedule and coordinate meetings for the BDM/BDE team.
- To maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- To ensure consistent follow-up for improving conversion rates.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Confident in handling client conversations over calls
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple follow-ups efficiently
- Smart, confident, and highly persuasive with good client handling ability

Eligibility:
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Freshers and experienced candidates (as per suitability)
Salary:
- ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 (based on experience and performance)
