Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, referrals, and digital channels.
- Meet potential clients and present company products/services.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel if required.
